History

Mr. Bronitsky has over thirty years of experience and is admitted in all of the Courts in the State of California. In addition, he is admitted in Federal Courts of the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California and the Southern District of New York. For appeals, in addition to being admitted to all the California State Appellate Courts, he is also admitted to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeal and to the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Bronitsky is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Bronitsky was elected in 2009 to the City Council for the City of Foster City were he served for nine years with two terms as Mayor. He also served as Chair of various regional agencies. He is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Foster City and also served as an Assistant District Governor for the district that includes San Mateo, San Francisco and Marin Counties.

Charles S. Bronitsky

Mr. Bronitsky received a Bachelor of Arts with Academic Distinction degree from University of California, Berkeley in 1983. He also holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, which he received in 1986.

He has been a real estate lawyer since graduation, first as an associate and then partner at Rubinstein & Perry and since 2001, as the Law Office of Charles S. Bronitsky. Mr. Bronitsky has represented a large cross-section of clients in real estate related matters, from large national real estate developers, regional developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and homeowners. In his local community, Mr. Bronitsky is a strong and vocal advocate for housing and specifically affordable housing.
