Mr. Bronitsky has over thirty years of experience and is admitted in all of the Courts in the State of California. In addition, he is admitted in Federal Courts of the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California and the Southern District of New York. For appeals, in addition to being admitted to all the California State Appellate Courts, he is also admitted to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeal and to the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Bronitsky is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Bronitsky was elected in 2009 to the City Council for the City of Foster City were he served for nine years with two terms as Mayor. He also served as Chair of various regional agencies. He is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Foster City and also served as an Assistant District Governor for the district that includes San Mateo, San Francisco and Marin Counties.

Real Estate LITIGATION
We have over 35 years of experience helping our clients in real estate and commercial litigation matters. We have assisted clients both as plaintiffs and defendants in a vast variety of real estate and commercial litigation matters. We have extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, mini trials, court trials and jury trials and have brought success to our clients in all of these venues. We are also experienced in representing our clients on assessment appeals, land use appeals and in litigation regarding development entitlements. Construction litigation
At Bronitsky Law we have been handling construction disputes for over 35 years. In that time, we have represented real estate developers, including some of the largest real estate developers in the country, property owners, homeowners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals. We understand construction disputes and litigation from every perspective.
LAND USE
Our practice includes helping clients with land use issues. We have helped clients obtain variances and conditional use permits, subdivide land and obtain entitlements. We have appeared on behalf of clients before planning commissions and city councils on code enforcement issues and appeals.
Charles Bronitsky has not only appeared as legal respresentative to clients in these types of matters, but spent nearly four years as a planning commissioner and nine years as a City Council Member getting a greater understanding of the process from the regulator’s perspective.

Construction compliance & licensing
We can represent you before the CSLB in licensing issues, bring your contracts into legal compliance, ensure that your employees are properly authorized and generally make sure that your construction business is in full compliance with the maze of legal requirements required under California law. In other words, we can be your “outside” in-house counsel.
